Help and ContactAre you looking to learn how to code and create web apps such as the ones seen on ThreeJs.org? Our team is dedicated to serving the mental health population with coding and media workshops to provide alternative education and increase employment opportunities. The coding groups are located at Painted Brain’s HQ, there you will meet the upcoming coders and contributors of the partner organization. The groups are held every Wednesday 11 am – 12:30 pm by the instructor and founder, David Israelian. The coding groups will soon spread throughout the Los Angeles region to different mental health agencies and homeless drop-in centers.
Looking to get started? Before you join a group, we hold interviews to assess your skill level to better assist you. You can apply to join a group here. We’re always looking for instructors to give their time and expertise to striving coders looking to change the conversation about mental illness. Our goal is to educate and employ our coders through web/mobile app development, web design, and development, as well as VR projects. Your time is appreciated and can extend the impact throughout many of the Los Angeles mental health agencies. You can truly inspire and make a change in someone’s life by sharing your knowledge and time.
